"Sa Pagkaing Sapat at Tama,Wastong Timbang ni Baby ang Katapat"

       As a human, we need to have nutritious food for us to have a healthy body.Our body needs balance diet and regular exercise for us to become physically fit.
       Many of us was  just only eating  junk foods and some of them were not thinking what will it  cause this to their body.Regular exercise and balance   diet  can help us to become a healthy people.We also need  nutritious  food for  us not to become malnourished.Pregnant mother should eat plenty fruits,meat and other foods that  can give lots of energy so that the baby in their womb  will also be healthy.
       We must not eat junk foods that can affect our body to become healthy.We must eat nutritious and we mist have a regular exercise.
